Lifetime Warranty - Instinct Spearguns

Instinct Spearguns warrants all spearguns manufactured by Instinct against any and all defects in materials and workmanship that affect the proper function of the speargun. We offer a lifetime warranty on the reliable operation of any speargun assembled at our Australian facility.

The liability of Instinct Spearguns is limited to the repair or replacement of any parts that our team determines to be defective and will never exceed the original purchase price of the speargun. The decision to repair or replace a speargun will be made by Instinct Spearguns to ensure that the customer receives a properly functioning product of equal or greater value. We assume no liability for accidental or consequential damages.

This warranty does not cover consumable items such as bands, shafts, rigging, or any protective finishes. Any abuse, mishandling, or modifications to the speargun will void this warranty. Shipping costs to and from Instinct Spearguns are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required, and any spearguns purchased secondhand or through unauthorized sellers may not be covered under this policy.
